Movement

Finally got outside for some exercise today. Winter is over.

Food Diary:
Apple, Peanut Butter, Almonds
Coffee
Panko-Breaded Chicken Tenders
Sweet Potatoes & Brussel Sprouts
Chocolate and a few walnuts
Nuts, tb of granola, strawberry
Spaghetti Squash, salad, brussel sprouts
Spaghetti w/ sauce
Tea
